A travel management business was running its bookings, invoices and itineraries across separate spreadsheets. We replaced that with a single platform covering the whole operational cycle, from booking through to invoicing and client communication.

The challenge

Bookings, invoices and itineraries lived in disconnected spreadsheets. Moving information between them by hand caused data entry errors, delayed invoicing, and inconsistent communication with clients.

Outcome
