Digital Systems for a Hospitality Group
Over the course of one client relationship, we designed and built three systems for a hospitality group. Each addressed a different operational need — seasonal reservations, event ticketing and multi-property reporting.
They are presented together because they belong to one client rather than three. Read in sequence they show how the work moved outward: from a single seasonal process, to venue-wide event operations, to group-level reporting.
Seasonal Hospitality Booking Portal
The challenge
Reservation coordination during the peak holiday season was manual. It produced scheduling conflicts, inconsistent responses to guests, and limited visibility into real-time booking status across the team.
What we built
A custom seasonal booking portal with real-time availability, integrated payment processing, and automated confirmation workflows for both guests and internal staff.
Key capabilities
- Real-time availability
- Payment processing
- Automated guest confirmation
Outcome
Manual booking coordination was reduced. Management gained real-time visibility into reservation status, and staff were able to direct attention to guest experience rather than administrative processing.
Venue Event Ticketing System
The challenge
Ticketing was paper-based. The team had no reliable sales data, gate entry verification was slow, and attendance tracking was inconsistent through the course of an event.
What we built
A digital ticketing platform for a venue running multiple events, with QR code generation, mobile scanning at the gate, real-time capacity monitoring, and a live sales reporting dashboard for management.
Key capabilities
- Dynamic pricing
- QR ticketing
- Mobile gate scanning
- Revenue analytics
Outcome
Gate verification became faster and attendance tracking more accurate. Management had access to live sales data throughout an event, improving internal coordination.
Multi-Property Hotel Performance Dashboard
What we built
An executive business intelligence dashboard built on Power BI, giving hospitality leadership visibility into occupancy, revenue and operational KPIs across several properties.
Key capabilities
- Occupancy tracking
- Revenue reporting
- Real-time operational KPIs
This is an internal management tool rather than a guest-facing system. It reports on the operation the other two systems help run.
How it was built
The performance dashboard is built on Power BI. Implementation details of the booking and ticketing systems are not published.
